Responsibilities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm
Monday to Friday - 10:20 AM – 7:20 PM | Saturday - 10.20am to 2.20pm
Salary: $15 per hour
Location: Islandwide
Job Responsibilities
Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support.
Verify and process customer documents.
Assist with form completion and data entry.
Support end-of-day transaction submission and reconciliation.
Provide assistance with SingPass services and online sales portal usage.
Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support.
