Diploma or above; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and related documents

  • Follow up on customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements

  • Assist in purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers

  • Maintain sales and inventory records

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
