  Job Description

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts within an organization, from creation to execution and beyond. Drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing contracts.
• To ensure contracts align with business goals, minimize risks, and maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with various parties like vendors, clients, and partners
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documentations.
• Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such risk.
• Managing and mitigating risks associated with contracts.
• Forecasting the costs of different materials needed for the project.
• Tender management includes preparation of bill of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
• Contract management and contractual advice.
• Maintaining records of all contract-related activities.
• Valuation of construction work.
• Project and execute for monthly progress claim at project site.
• Responsible for VOs job confirmation and claim.
• Contact point with Client on any queries or requests not limit to contact, BQ, VO and Claims.
• Coordinate with Project Team to ensure the work done is planned and executed accordingly.
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage due to business needs.
• Responsible for P&L of the Projects.
