Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a clinic assistant, healthcare assistant or in a medical setting is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Comfortable interacting with patients in a professional and respectful manner.

Responsible, punctual, organised and detail-oriented.

Willing to learn clinical procedures and clinic operations.

Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills.

Able to maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Comfortable working in a men's health specialist clinic.

Assist doctors and clinical staff during consultations, examinations and procedures.

Prepare consultation and treatment rooms before and after each patient.

Prepare equipment and supplies required for treatments and procedures.

Clean, disinfect and maintain clinical equipment according to clinic procedures.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised and ready for use.

Assist with basic patient preparation before consultations or treatments.

Guide patients between reception, consultation and treatment areas.

Assist with patient registration, appointments and front-desk duties when required.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and administrative records.

Monitor medical supplies, consumables and stock levels.

Assist with stock checking, receiving supplies and inventory management.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards throughout the clinic.

Assist with opening and closing procedures of the clinic.

Work closely with doctors and the customer service team to ensure smooth patient flow.

Perform other clinic operational and administrative duties as assigned.
