We are looking for a motivated and organised
Sales Coordinator
to join our team.
This is an
entry-level position
suitable for fresh graduates or candidates who are looking to start their career in the IT industry.
No prior working experience is required, and training will be provided.
Your Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support our Sales Team in the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, supplier purchases and delivery arrangements. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders and enquiries
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requirements
Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
Assist with general sales support and administrative tasks
Maintain good working relationships with existing customers
What We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
No prior sales or working experience required
Minimum N-Level, O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and following up on outstanding matters
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work well as part of a team
