Aboutthe role
We arelooking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across technologyand infrastructure roles. You will manage recruitment from understanding hiringneeds through to offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers andcandidates to deliver a positive, timely experience.
Wewelcome applicants with experience in either a recruitment agency or anin-house talent acquisition team.
Keyresponsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring timelines.
Develop sourcing plans to identify candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases and other channels.
Recruit for technology and infrastructure roles, such as IT support and operations, systems and network engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre and project-based positions.
Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience and suitability.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
Support salary discussions, offer preparation and pre-employment checks.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system or other internal tools.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment activity and share relevant hiring insights, including sourcing challenges and market feedback.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related role.
Agency recruitment or in-house recruitment experience is welcome.
Experience hiring for technology, infrastructure or IT-related positions is an advantage.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interview skills.
Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
