Early Childhood Educator

Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor
Salary: RM2,500 basic
Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About Our Client
Our Client is an established education centre specialising in multisensory, structured literacy instruction using the Orton-Gillingham approach. The centre supports children with literacy challenges and specific learning difficulties through evidence-based teaching methods to build their confidence and develop their learning potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, hands-on lessons based on the centre’s curriculum.
• Support children with literacy challenges and monitor their learning progress.
• Prepare teaching materials and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage daily classroom activities and ensure children’s safety and well-being.
• Build positive relationships with parents and collaborate with the teaching team.
• Participate in centre activities and events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their learning development.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Note: This position is based in an established education centre, not a newly established kindergarten. The educator will work with children experiencing literacy difficulties, with training provided in the centre’s specialised teaching approach.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
