Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. You will handle daily bookkeeping, manage accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate general office duties to ensure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, issue customer billing, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- General Ledger: Record daily business expenses, sales, and purchases accurately using double-entry accounting.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Payroll & Claims: Assist with basic payroll calculations, verify working hours/overtime, and process staff expense claims.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing month-end closings, profit-and-loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Auditing & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation to support internal/external audits and tax filings.
Administration
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day general office administration, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and client/vendor logs.
- Procurement Support: Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and assist with inventory or office supplies tracking.
- Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between departments, suppliers, and clients.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support management and other departments with special projects or tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Technical Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel).
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and employee data.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
