Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in React JS, Core Java, and Spring Boot, along with good DevOps knowledge and banking domain experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering scalable applications, and communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React JS.
• Develop robust backend applications and RESTful APIs using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead end-to-end application development, including frontend, backend, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Apply DevOps practices to streamline build, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and application releases.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Leverage banking domain knowledge to develop and enhance banking applications and financial services solutions.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure application security and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

• React JS – Strong hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Spring Boot – Strong experience in backend application development.
• Core Java – Strong programming and object-oriented design skills.
• DevOps – Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment practices.
• Banking Domain – Good understanding of banking processes and financial services applications
• Technical Leadership – Proven experience leading development teams or technical projects.
