Job Summary

Support daily business and office operations by coordinating with teams and external parties, managing documentation and scheduling, monitoring processes, and assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve operational matters and ensure seamless communication
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and record keeping to maintain accurate operational data
  • Monitor operational processes and follow up on outstanding tasks to support timely completion and issue resolution
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and HR administrative activities to facilitate hiring processes when required
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain records of operational activities to support management decision-making
  • Identify operational issues and contribute to implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency
  • Support management with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties to meet evolving business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
