Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Hong Kong General Manager and Group IT Director and collaborate closely with the PMO, Operations, Brand, and Marketing teams to support store digital capabilities, project execution, vendor governance, and cross-market collaboration in Hong Kong
Formulate medium to long term roadmaps for key consumer-facing and retail technologies, including but not limited to POS, Member/CRM App, Online/QR Ordering, Payment, Promotion, Queue, CMS/Digital Signage, and translate business requirements from various departments into scalable digital product capabilities with demand prioritization
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, optimize system performance, infrastructure health/stability, and act as the technical escalation point for internal business stakeholders and infrastructure deployment for site openings, relocations, and network configurations
Manage project execution, system integration, and daily maintenance for ERP, POS, and BPM platforms, ensuring seamless consistency across the customer journey and data flows with Group IT
Lead and drive AI/ML projects and IT initiatives (from evaluation through design, execution, and control) to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while developing innovative technical solutions and proposals for management
Negotiate with external vendors, manage SLAs, review deliverables, establish effective collaboration models, monitor IT budgets, and implement cost-control measures
Maintain cybersecurity protocols and compliance regulations, foster team capabilities across product management, architecture, release/incident management
Monitor product performance post-launch and regularly report key digital KPIs and system health metrics to the senior leadership
Support other ad-hoc IT projects and tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services, with prior experience in chain stores, Retail, FMCG, or the Catering/F&B industry highly advantageous
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP and POS management and development
Proven experience in large-scale multi-store rollouts, vendor co-development, release/incident management, system integration, and SLA management
Possess a strong product & project management mindset connecting the customer journey, store operations, technology architecture, and business outcomes with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in programming languages, a solid understanding of AI/ML project implementation, and knowledge of EC, mobile apps, CRM, data warehousing, BI systems, and application development
Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, networking, and core IT operations
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical management
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
An active interest in sports or a fitness-oriented lifestyle is highly preferred
