New Era Advisory is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us develop new customer acquisition channels and partnerships.

You will identify potential partners, companies, communities and organisations, initiate conversations, and explore opportunities to generate qualified leads for our advisory team.

This is a hands-on business development role focused on

prospecting, partnerships and opportunity generation

. You will not be required to provide financial advice or sell financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify potential corporate, community and strategic partners

Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and other channels

Arrange meetings and explore collaboration opportunities

Develop partnership proposals and outreach strategies

Partnerships & Events

Support partnership campaigns, events and referral initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Develop new channels for customer acquisition

Performance Tracking

Track leads, meetings, partnerships and opportunities

Maintain accurate records in CRM and spreadsheets

Review results and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:
Comfortable speaking to new people

Confident with outreach and relationship building

Commercially minded and interested in business development

Organised and able to manage multiple prospects

Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets

Proactive and willing to learn

Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, events, marketing or account management is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude may also be considered.
