We are looking for a motivated and organised Industrial Engineer to support our daily production operations and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Job Description

• Coordinate with the Planning Department on production schedules and job priorities.
• Monitor daily production progress and follow up on pending jobs.
• Coordinate with production team leaders to ensure work is carried out according to the production plan.
• Assist in monitoring manpower utilisation, production output and workflow efficiency.
• Identify production bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Prepare simple production reports and track performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate and work with different teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
