Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, documenting treatment progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare and educational teams. The role also involves educating clients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, home programs, and adaptive strategies, as well as participating in case discussions and service improvement initiatives. The Occupational Therapist will work with diverse age groups and conditions, ensuring ethical practice and adherence to relevant clinical standards and regulations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core clinical skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and outcome evaluation.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine and Rehabilitation principles to support safe, effective, and holistic client care.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics and working with children with developmental, physical, or learning needs.
• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; local licensure or eligibility for registration is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage a clinical caseload responsibly.
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to clinical accuracy and confidentiality.
