Responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative and business operations.
Prepare management reports, business summaries, and operational documents.
Assist management in business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project documentation, contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment records.
Assist with manpower planning, staff coordination, and workforce administration.
Maintain company records, filing systems, and compliance documentation.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on management instructions.
Perform other management and operational duties assigned by the company.
