Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Act as a bridge between management and employees, address workplace concerns, and support effective communication and conflict resolution.

Manage HR Operations – Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and other HR administrative tasks.

Ensure HR Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws, implement company policies, and support employee engagement and performance management.
