Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in any fieldwith5+ years sales experience, ideally in software or tech.

  • Proven in growing customer relationshipsand drivingCRM-focused strategies.

  • Skilled in crafting and executing sales plans to exceed targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; able to simplify complex solutions.

  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written & spoken).

  • Familiar with HR systemsandCRM tools (preferred).

  • Independent, team player, thrives in fast-paced settings.

  • Onsite in Kuala Lumpur required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage customer relationships.

  • Promote software solutions to clients.
