全职 Management Trainee (Production) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Elite Material (Penang) Sdn Bhd Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

• Requirements:
  -SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

• -拥有 SPM（马来西亚教育文凭）、文凭（Diploma）或学士学位（Bachelor's Degree），科系不限。

• -Welcome fresh graduate; no experience is required, training is provided.

• -欢迎应届毕业生申请，无需相关工作经验，公司将提供完整培训。

• -Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required.

• -愿意并能够配合轮班工作，包括夜班及周末班次（视工作需求而定）。

• -Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off (1 day off is not fix on Saturday or Sunday).

• -能够接受每周工作 6 天、休息 1 天的工作安排（休息日并非固定安排在星期六或星期日）。

• -Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is an advantage.-备中文听、说、读、写能力者优先。

Salary up to RM6500 ( Basic+ Allowances + OT)

Production:
-Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control.

-根据生产管控要求，负责生产部门一线员工的日常管理工作。

-Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while   maintaining quality standards.

-支持生产团队的日常运作，包括解决生产问题、协调工作流程，并在确保产品质量标准的前提下达成生产目标。

-Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.

-监督并指导生产员工，包括培训、绩效评估及工作辅导，以提高生产效率，并确保遵守品质标准

-Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.

-持续监控生产流程，确保符合 ISO 标准及公司内部要求

-Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review.

-维护准确的生产记录，包括产量、停机时间及其他相关数据，并编制报告供管理层审核。
