Role Description Weera People is building the next generation of workforce solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond. We're looking for a Founding Business Lead to help launch and grow our People Services business, including Employer of Record (EOR), Recruitment, Payroll and HR Advisory solutions.

This is not a traditional HR role.

You'll help shape the business, win clients, develop services, build partnerships and influence the direction of one of Weera Global's core growth engines. You'll work directly with senior leadership and have significant visibility into strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build Weera People's service offerings from the ground up.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with HR leaders, founders and business owners.
• Support the launch of EOR, Recruitment, Payroll and HR Advisory services.
• Build partnerships with recruitment, mobility and HR technology providers.
• Work directly with leadership to shape pricing, market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather market insights and recommend new service opportunities.
• Support operational delivery and client success.
• Contribute to regional expansion initiatives.

Requirements & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, EOR, payroll outsourcing or workforce solutions. • Strong commercial mindset.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders.
• Enjoys building processes from scratch.
• Thrives in fast-changing environments.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive. 

Nice to Have

• Existing network of immigration/mobility partners across Southeast Asia
• Experience competing against global EOR platforms (e.g. Deel, Remote, Multiplier) in a regional market
