About the Roles

Join our team as a Quality Engineer with a precision engineering company based in Ang Mo Kio. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:20AM to 6:00PM, with a competitive basic salary and performance bonus package. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting aerospace quality requirements, and driving continuous improvements across manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and enhance the company’s Quality Management System to support operational excellence.
• Prepare quality documentation and provide support for AS9100 and Nadcap audits.
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102) processes and submissions.
• Investigate and resolve quality concerns arising from customers, suppliers, incoming inspections, in-process checks, and outgoing inspections.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and production teams to address and close quality-related issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality records such as NCMR, CAR, Quality Alerts, audit reports, and inspection documents.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor the progress of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure inspection reports and quality documentation are accurate, complete, and properly controlled.
• Track calibration schedules for inspection and test equipment.
• Analyse quality data and recommend improvements to product and process performance.
• Develop and update inspection instructions, quality procedures, and related documentation.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AS9100 standards.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiar with GD&T, FAI / AS9102, NCMR, CAR, internal audits, and customer quality requirements.
• Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
• Exposure to Nadcap audits will be an added advantage.
