Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure work is carried out efficiently.

- Coordinate with management and staff to resolve daily operational issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and productivity.
- Provide guidance and training to employees when necessary.
- Prepare daily work reports and report operational issues to management.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organised and properly maintained.
- Assist management in improving work efficiency and achieving operational targets.
