• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or a related position.

• Familiar with Malaysian employment practices and HR administration.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

• Experience in the F&B industry or managing multiple outlets will be an advantage.

1. Recruitment & Employee Onboarding

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviews.

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes for new employees.

• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and other related documents.

• Handle employee enrolment and maintain updated employee records.

2. Payroll & HR Administration

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.

• Handle monthly statutory contributions and other employee-related payments, where applicable.

• Prepare annual EA forms and other payroll-related documentation.

• Monitor employee attendance, clock-in and clock-out records.

• Monitor annual leave balances and employee leave records.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR-related guidance.

• Manage disciplinary matters and issue warning letters when necessary.

• Monitor probation periods and conduct probation status reviews.

• Prepare confirmation letters and coordinate employee performance reviews.

• Handle resignation, termination and employee exit procedures.

4. Outlet Manpower & Staff Coordination

• Coordinate manpower requirements across different outlets.

• Arrange part-time staff to support busy weekends, public holidays and employee leave coverage.

• Coordinate staff accommodation arrangements for new joiners.

• Communicate with employees regarding hostel matters and cleanliness checks.

5. HR Compliance & Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee requirements for typhoid vaccination, food handling courses and halal-related training.

• Assist with HR-related compliance and documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Attend management meetings and provide HR updates when required.

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
