Proven experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role within the Banking/Finance sector.

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates in financial services.

Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate engagement.

Strong understanding of the Malaysian Banking/Finance market landscape and talent pool.

Experience in conducting thorough candidate screening and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage offers and secure top talent.

Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Familiarity with Human Resources best practices and recruitment processes.

Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.

Proactively identify and source high-caliber banking and finance professionals through various channels, including professional networks, databases, and direct outreach, to build a robust talent pipeline.

Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing processes to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and successful placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients within the banking and finance sector, understanding their strategic hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Leverage expertise in the Malaysian banking and finance market to advise clients on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize Mandarin language skills to effectively engage with and recruit candidates from Mandarin-speaking backgrounds, expanding the talent pool for specialized roles.

Collaborate with the wider PM Advisory Group team to share market intelligence and best practices in talent acquisition within the financial services industry.
