About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused professional to join a leading bank in Singapore's Affluent Client Group / Privilege Banking team.

The successful candidate will provide personalised financial advisory services, manage an assigned customer portfolio, and recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in banking, relationship management, financial services, or wealth advisory who are interested in serving affluent and high-net-worth customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of approximately 300 customers.
• Build long-term relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and wealth management needs.
• Provide tailored financial advice and recommend appropriate investment and wealth management products.
• Deliver relevant market information and financial guidance to clients.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, retain clients, and grow business.
• Achieve individual business and sales objectives.
• Ensure advisory activities, sales processes, and documentation comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including relevant financial advisory legislation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, investment advisory, or relationship management is preferred.
• Strong client advisory and relationship-building capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of wealth management and investment products.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and results-driven.
• Able to manage a customer portfolio and work towards business targets.

Pay: $4,600.00 - $12,400.00 per month
