Role Description The Partnership Executive is responsible for growing and managing strategic partnerships that support Grabmaid’s service offerings and market expansion. This role includes identifying potential partners such as cleaning service providers, corporate clients, and community organizations, and developing mutually beneficial collaboration proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with experience in business development or partnerships.
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation, including the ability to present proposals and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting to track partner performance and support decision-making.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple partners, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Puchong while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in platform-based services, cleaning services, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and other local languages is beneficial.
