Job Description
We are looking for a detailed and efficient Architectural Drafter to join our team at our Paya Lebar office. You will be responsible for converting design concepts into precise construction and shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring high accuracy for our local construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Translate conceptual designs and sketches into detailed architectural layouts, elevations, and sections.
Develop precise shop drawings and construction details suitable for site teams and contractors.
Coordinate directly with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Directors to resolve design discrepancies and clashes before execution.
Manage drawing revisions efficiently based on site variations, client modifications, and consultant feedback.
Conduct site measurements and verifications independently to ensure drawing accuracy matches actual site configurations.
Compile comprehensive As-Built drawings for final project closure and handover documentation.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of local Singapore experience (is a must) in architectural drafting for construction or interior renovation projects.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up (knowledge of any BIM software is a strong advantage).
Solid understanding of Singapore construction/renovation practices, local detailing, and standard material specifications.
Familiarity with local building codes and drawing guidelines (e.g., BCA standards) is highly preferred.
Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with local project stakeholders.
Strong in filing, organizing softcopy and hardcopy.
Mature adult environmental work culture
High multi tasking
Both Independant and teamwork individuals.
Understand and able to adapt in small SME setup companies.
