We’re Hiring: Senior Logistics Manager (Contract Logistics)

We are partnering with a leading global logistics provider to find a senior operations leader who wants real ownership: a sizeable P&L, a multi-site footprint, and the mandate to shape where the business goes next.

You’ll set the direction, build the team, and have the backing to invest in automation and growth.

What you’ll own

Lead a large-scale, complex portfolio spanning multiple business units or hubs, diverse teams, and significant inventory volumes.

Drive a rolling 6–12 month plan, balancing near-term staffing and capacity with longer-term bets on automation, footprint and contract renewals.

Take full P&L accountability for a SGD 10M+ revenue portfolio, with room to grow margins and the discipline to keep costs on target.

Build business cases and ROI models for CAPEX in facility upgrades, MHE and automation, and see them through.

Lead major commercial negotiations, contract renewals and relationships with key accounts.

Design the organisation for scale, develop your managers and build a strong succession bench.

Act as overall site lead for safety, risk and business continuity.

Champion large continuous improvement projects alongside Engineering, IT and Commercial.

What you’ll bring

10+ years of leadership in contract logistics

Proven experience managing managers across multi-site or highly complex operations, with direct, large-scale P&L ownership

A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (MBA or postgraduate study is a strong plus)
