Promote and sell consumer electronics and home appliances to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide product demonstrations, information and after-sales support.
Upsell products and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
Strong communication, customer service and sales skills.
Sales-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve targets.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in English for customer communication; additional language skills are advantageous.
