Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounting and financial functions of the group

• Lead the finance team to perform all financial duties for the group including reporting, budgeting, analysis, planning and forecasting

• Responsible for group consolidations of financial statements, management reports, budget analysis and variance analysis

• Monitor and review the financial performance of different business units

• Provide professional support and advice to the management for better business performance and operation effectiveness

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers, financial institutions and IRD

• Handle ad-hoc assignments from management

Requirements:

• Degree or tertiary education with CPA qualification (HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent) will be advantage

• Minimum 10 years work experience in finance, preferably within 5 years in managerial capacity

• Solid experience in trading/construction or engineering project management is necessary

• Familiar with Flex accounting systems

• Sound knowledge of financial & management accounting and good reporting skills

• Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated & able to work under pressure

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Occasional travel is required
