Responsibilities
Support the Contracts and Commercial Manager in managing construction contracts and commercial matters.
Review contract terms, identify risks, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Assist in preparing and negotiating progress claims, variation claims, EOT claims, and counterclaims.
Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, and variation submissions.
Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues.
Assist with commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and support the development of junior team members.
