Support the Shop Manager to operate the outletprofitably and efficiently while delivering a professional and positivecustomer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Manager in managing daily outlet operations to achieve profitability and efficiency
- Deliver attentive and helpful customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Merchandise products by organizing displays and ensuring stock is current
- Identify and return obsolete merchandise to suppliers to maintain inventory quality
- Operate the Point-of-Sales system accurately to process customer transactions
