Requirements:

• Enthusiastic about F&B and customer service, with a cheerful, proactive and helpful attitude. Patient with customers and respectful towards teammates.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia and English are advantages. Honest, accurate and responsible when handling payments and customer information. Relevant experience is preferred.

• Available for rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays. Selected outlets require late-night shifts; exact hours will be explained before interview. Willing to follow company SOPs and service standards.

• Salary depending on experience and the agreed package (Salary components and overtime arrangements will be explained separately.)

• Take orders and process cash, card and electronic payments accurately using the outlet’s POS system.

• Check receipts, reconcile the cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records, administrative paperwork and shift handovers.

• Assist customers with enquiries, coordinate with the service team and keep the counter clean and organised.

• Practical experience in POS operations, payment handling and customer service.
