Job Description

Responsibilities

FLUX — “Netflix for Cars” | Kuala Lumpur

FLUX is Malaysia’s leading car subscription platform, changing how people access cars — no loans, no long-term commitments, just one all-in monthly fee.

We’re building a fast-moving, high-output marketing team — and we’re looking for a designer who cares about craft, speed, and impact.

If you enjoy creating scroll-stopping visuals and seeing your work drive real business results, this role is for you.

About the Role

Join the FLUX Experience

FLUX is a fast-growing mobility technology company redefining how people access cars through flexible monthly subscriptions.

We combine technology with a hospitality mindset to create a seamless car experience for both vehicle owners and subscribers.

As a FLUX Dasher - Vehicle Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for making that experience happen on the ground. You will be the face of FLUX during vehicle handovers, inspections, servicing and returns, ensuring every vehicle movement is handled professionally, efficiently and with attention to detail.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys cars, working with people and being out on the road.

What You’ll Do

Vehicle Handover & Movement

  • Coordinate and facilitate the collection and delivery of vehicles between hosts, subscribers and service partners.
  • Support vehicle onboarding, handover and return processes, including verification and documentation.
  • Locate, start, move and transport vehicles as required for operational activities.
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles for periodic servicing, repairs, inspections and other operational requirements.
  • Ensure vehicles are handled safely and professionally throughout every movement.

Vehicle Inspection & Condition Management

  • Conduct detailed vehicle inspections covering the interior, exterior, odometer, trunk, engine compartment and other relevant areas.
  • Identify and document existing or new damage, including bodywork, paintwork, frame, engine, air conditioning, tyres, electronics and other vehicle components.
  • Take clear and comprehensive digital photographs during inspections and handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of the overall vehicle condition and update the relevant systems and internal teams.
  • Prepare accurate inspection reports based on findings.

Customer & Partner Experience

  • Represent FLUX professionally and courteously when interacting with subscribers, hosts, workshops and service partners.
  • Resolve or escalate on-the-spot issues that arise during vehicle collection, delivery, handover or return.
  • Follow up with customers after inspections or other vehicle-related interactions when required.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding vehicle status, unexpected situations or changes to arrangements.
  • Work closely with workshops and service centres to coordinate maintenance, repairs and inspections.

Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle activities and ensure relevant departments are kept informed.
  • Proactively communicate operational issues, including workshop availability, scheduling constraints, vehicle unavailability or other unexpected situations.
  • Ensure all required documentation and inspection records are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support other vehicle-related operational activities and projects as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of automotive experience to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who is responsible, hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Have a genuine interest in cars and enjoy working around vehicles.
  • Are responsible, organised and highly detail-oriented.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are comfortable interacting directly with customers and external partners.
  • Can assess situations, solve problems and make practical decisions independently.
  • Are comfortable with hands-on, on-ground work and being on the move.
  • Can work well in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change.
  • Take pride in delivering a professional customer experience.
  • Are willing to learn and develop your knowledge of vehicle operations.

Requirements

  • Valid D and B2 driving licences.
  • Comfortable driving and moving different types of vehicles as part of the role.
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in automotive, vehicle operations, customer service, logistics or mobility is an advantage but not mandatory.

What You'll Get

At FLUX, you won't just be moving cars. You'll be part of the team shaping how people experience car ownership and mobility in a completely different way.

You'll work in a fast-growing environment where you can learn, take ownership and grow with the business.

Join FLUX and help us make every vehicle journey a better experience.
