Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Manager
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's sales growth, distributor development, and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role oversees sales performance, field development, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives while driving customer acquisition, distributor retention, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team and independent distributors to drive sustainable business growth.
- Plan and execute distributor recruitment, activation, retention, and leadership development programmes.
- Organise sales campaigns, product launches, promotions, incentives, recognition events, and training programmes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement across offline and digital channels.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and recommend growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key leaders, distributors, and business partners.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the direct selling, health & wellness, FMCG, or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in distributor development, sales management, and marketing execution.
- Willing to travel and support business development activities when required.
