Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Introduce products, provide product information, and recommend items based on customer needs.
Assist customers with selecting sizes, colors, styles, and suitable fashion items.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and other payment methods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and product displays.
Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly arranged and labeled.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Support inventory checking, stock counting, and receiving new merchandise.
Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and store operations.
