Role Description The Senior Marketing Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for translating complex data into clear marketing insights and strategies that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s growth across its core verticals. On a day-to-day basis, this role analyzes marketing performance data, customer behavior, and campaign results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. The Senior Marketing Analyst collaborates with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to design measurement frameworks, build dashboards, and develop data-driven recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role also contributes to forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation, including A/B testing and channel performance analysis, to refine targeting and messaging. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication of insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ongoing refinement of analytics processes and tools.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Marketing Analytics and general Analytics, including proficiency in interpreting quantitative data and developing actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Sales data and processes, using insights to support lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue-focused decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI platforms, CRM systems), and be comfortable working with large datasets and data visualization.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in a marketing analytics or business intelligence role; and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in AI-driven products or platforms, work in emerging or unbanked markets, familiarity with statistical analysis or experimentation design, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
