Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in collections, customer service, telesales, or contact centre is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Willing to work rotational shifts if required.

Contact customers via outbound and inbound calls regarding overdue accounts.

Follow up on outstanding payments and encourage timely repayment.

Negotiate and propose suitable repayment plans based on customers' financial situations.

Handle customer enquiries and disputes professionally and empathetically.

Update customer records accurately in the system after each interaction.

Meet individual and team collection targets while maintaining service quality.

Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
