Service & Maintenance Delivery
Service & Maintenance Delivery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites
- Support systems including compressors, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, MAU and AHU
- Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standards
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement
- Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering (M&E / utilities systems)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems
- Good communication and client management skills
- Knowledge of HSE standards and safe work practices
