About the role

This is a On-platform operations role that sets a unified user lifecycle standard and owns new-user conversion to stable trading, designing 30-day activation journeys, tiered upgrade paths, and dormant/churned-user recovery, while coordinating site-wide outreach resources (push frequency, placement allocation, content calendar), executing on-platform configurations, and collaborating with the CR team.

Responsibilities

1. Define the North Star metric and process metrics for your area, break them down into executable operational actions, and be accountable for hitting the targets.
2. Use data analysis to identify drop-off points in the user funnel, and deliver operational plans (path optimization, campaign mechanics, incentive rules, content and outreach strategy), including cost estimation and target setting.
3. Write BRDs, work with product managers to secure scheduling, participate in PRD and test case reviews, and complete business acceptance after launch.
4. Work with the Marketing team on GTM and materials (audience / selling points / pacing), align metric definitions and user tag requirements with the Data team, and align campaign rules and messaging with Risk Control & Compliance.
5. Provide product briefings, talk tracks, and training materials, taking initiative rather than waiting for support.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of product operations experience in internet or fintech.
2. Able to independently own performance targets and be accountable for results, with clear, quantifiable past achievements.
3. Able to pull and run data, break down funnels, segment users, design gray-release or control-group experiments, and interpret the results, without relying on a dedicated data analyst.
4. Able to work directly with product managers to drive requirements: able to write operations-side requirement documents and to secure engineering schedules with business data and solid arguments.
5. Able to deliver presentations and enablement to sales, with a proactive mindset.
6. Strong cross-team collaboration awareness, proactively aligning with adjacent tracks on joint plans
