Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Procurement & Supply Chain Strategies

• Formulate and implement procurement, sourcing, and supply chain strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives, project requirements and operational goals within the solar energy sector.

2. Lead Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, appoint, and develop strategic suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners while maintaining strong relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive advantage.

3. Manage Contract Negotiations and Commercial Performance

• Lead negotiations on pricing, contractual terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements to secure optimal commercial outcomes and achieve sustainable cost savings.

4. Oversee Procurement Planning, Budget Control and Cost Optimization

• Monitor procurement budgets, project timelines, and material requirements while driving cost control initiatives and identifying opportunities for value engineering and procurement efficiencies.

5. Ensure Governance, Compliance and ESG Integration

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, corporate governance practices, and ESG objectives, including sustainable sourcing and environmentally responsible procurement practices.

6. Establish Procurement Controls, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Maintain procurement SOPs, documentation, audit trails, and performance metrics while preparing management reports on procurement effectiveness, supplier performance, project support, and cost-saving achievements.

• Promote a results-driven team culture that emphasizes accountability, cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement to support business and project success.
