We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily transport, logistics, and manpower operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, supervising operational staff, managing workforce deployment, and ensuring efficient service delivery in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily freight transportation, logistics operations, and manpower deployment activities.

2. Coordinate vehicle schedules, delivery routes, and transport arrangements to ensure timely completion of assignments.

3. Monitor drivers, logistics personnel, and operational staff to maintain productivity and service quality.

4. Plan and allocate manpower according to operational requirements and customer needs.

5. Maintain employee attendance records, duty rosters, work schedules, and operational reports.

6. Liaise with clients, drivers, and management to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

7. Monitor vehicle utilisation, transport efficiency, and daily operational performance.

8. Ensure employees comply with workplace safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.

9. Assist management in workforce planning, operational improvements, and resource allocation.

10. Prepare daily and monthly reports on transportation activities, manpower utilisation, and operational performance.
