• To ensure tools and equipment calibration are carried out as per schedule (internal & external)
• Follow up on customers complaint and warranty claim related to quality issues and organize for countermeasure
• Be an APQP team member and in charge of establishing inspection method for raw material in up to finish goods until mass production.
• To prepare report on new material testing, new supplier testing whenever necessary. Involve in new product, process and measurement development.
• To set up inspection agreement for raw material with supplier. Incharge of lab activities i.e part testing new document testing.
• Has the authority and responsibility to stop the production line whenever a problem is detected.
• Actively participate for internal and external audit. Responsible for upkeep and maintain the document control.
• Prepare monthly KPI for Quality Department.
• To actively participate in ISO14001, ISO/TS16949, 5S activities and other future activities.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
