Xetron Solutions Hiring! Full Time Sales Operations Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Order & Billing Support: Coordinate sales orders, billing and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Order-to-Cash (OTC) Operations: Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring customer requirements and business deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, customers and vendors to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on outstanding matters and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records and support management reporting requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, procedures and internal guidelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve work processes and operational efficiency.
• Other Duties: Assist with ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required for training, conferences, seminars and business meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, order management, billing, finance support or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with sales order processing systems is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Based in Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for business purposes.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
