Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and records.
Prepare and organize
site safety documentation
and other required project documents.
Prepare and compile
project handover documents
upon project completion.
Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate and properly filed.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams and project personnel to collect necessary documents.
Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure timely submission.
Assist in preparing project reports, checklists, forms and other documentation.
Maintain proper filing and document control for ongoing projects.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Experience in project administration or documentation is preferred.
Experience in preparing safety and handover documents is an added advantage.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
