Job Responsibilities

• FMCG Packaging Design: Design and develop packaging artwork for FMCG products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, product positioning, consumer appeal, and packaging specifications.
• Festive & Gift Box Design: Conceptualize and create creative packaging designs for festive collections, gift boxes, seasonal products, and special-edition packaging.
• E-commerce Listing Key Visuals (KVs): Design and produce compelling key visuals, product images, banners, and listing assets for e-commerce platforms to enhance product presentation and online visibility.
• Campaign & Promotional Key Visuals: Develop creative key visuals and marketing materials for campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and other promotional activities across online and offline channels.
• Print Proof Validation: Review and validate print proofs to ensure accuracy in artwork, colors, dimensions, text, layout, and other production specifications before mass printing.
• Printing Inspection: Attend on-site printing inspections to check color accuracy, print quality, finishing, material consistency, and overall compliance with approved artwork and quality standards.
• Digital & Social Media Design: Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, stories, digital banners, and other digital marketing materials.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs, product concepts, and promotional objectives into effective visual designs.
• Brand Asset Management: Maintain and organize brand assets, design templates, artwork files, and production-ready materials to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with printers, packaging suppliers, and external vendors to communicate artwork requirements, coordinate production timelines, resolve design-related issues, and ensure satisfactory output quality.
• Creative Development: Propose innovative design concepts and creative solutions that strengthen brand identity, enhance product appeal, and support marketing and business objectives.
• Quality & Deadline Management: Ensure all designs meet established brand standards, technical requirements, and production specifications while delivering projects within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, packaging, retail, or consumer brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics software will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout composition, color theory, and visual communication.
• Experience in FMCG packaging design, festive and gift box design, e-commerce key visuals, and campaign or promotional artwork will be highly advantageous.
• Familiar with print production processes, artwork preparation, print proof validation, and printing quality inspection.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, printing vendors, and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and experience in packaging design, marketing visuals, and brand development.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
