Requirements
• Diploma holders with at least 1 year of banking sales or equivalent sales experience, OR fresh degree graduates.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident, proactive and motivated to succeed in sales.
• Willing to work rotational shifts and participate in roadshows.
Responsibilities
• Acquire new customers through roadshows, events and sales activities.
• Promote fixed deposits, credit cards and other retail banking products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate mortgage referrals.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and provide quality after-sales service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
