KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and supervise civil engineering and construction activities for major LTA MRT station, tunnelling and underground infrastructure projects.

Manage daily site operations, construction planning, work sequencing and coordination with subcontractors to achieve project schedules.

Oversee diaphragm wall works, deep excavation, foundation systems, reinforced concrete structures and underground construction activities.

Liaise with LTA, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve technical, design and construction-related issues.

Prepare and review method statements, technical submissions, construction drawings and project documentation.

Monitor construction progress, site inspections, quality standards and compliance with LTA specifications, engineering standards and safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience with Main Contractors in Singapore.

Experience in LTA MRT Stations, Tunnelling, Underground Structures or major Civil Infrastructure projects.

Practical knowledge of deep excavation, diaphragm walls, foundation works, reinforced concrete structures or underground construction methods.

Familiarity with LTA construction specifications, technical submissions, site coordination and construction procedures.

Strong technical coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
