Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Export) to join our logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate daily air export shipments, oversee cargo handling, prepare shipping documentation, and deliver high-quality customer service. You will liaise directly with airlines, ground handlers, transport vendors, and international offices to ensure smooth, on-time freight movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Air Export Operations:

  • Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking creation through to final flight departure.

  • Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse handling activities.

  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs export permits.

  • Monitor shipment milestones and flight statuses to ensure on-time departure in line with customer requirements.

  • Resolve shipment irregularities promptly and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

• Customer Service & Stakeholder Management:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding flight schedules, documentation, and tracking updates.

  • Maintain operational performance to meet established customer service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Build and foster strong working relationships with clients, carriers, ground handling agents, and overseas partners.

  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by line management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Open to entry-level candidates and candidates with prior experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Roster Schedule: Rotational shift pattern
