Diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar AV technician role.

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various audio-visual equipment.

Strong understanding of sound systems, projection technology, and video conferencing.

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on all AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Assist with the installation and configuration of new AV hardware and software.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients and staff on AV equipment usage.

Manage inventory of AV equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or damages.

Collaborate with event organizers to understand their AV requirements and ensure successful execution.
