Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated ability in security guarding, including effective patrolling techniques and maintaining a secure environment.

Proficiency in access control procedures and systems to manage entry and exit points.

Experience with surveillance equipment and techniques for monitoring premises and identifying potential threats.

Ability to respond effectively to emergencies, including first aid and evacuation procedures.

Strong report writing skills to accurately document incidents, observations, and activities.

Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that may require standing, walking, and occasional physical exertion.

Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service while on duty.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access, identify security risks, and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities and respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.

Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and enforcing entry/exit procedures.

Respond effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and observations through diligent report writing.

Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees, ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining security protocols.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary, providing them with relevant information and support during critical situations.
